"She reminded me of a sunflower, happiest when facing the sun."

This was a final essay for my creative writing class back in spring of 2019. It is a story of a girl I once knew who was very dear to my heart. She took her life on May 2nd, 2016. This is my eulogy to her in the form of a story.
